Poco X2 gets Android 11 operating system update: Here’s what

Poco has started rolling out the Android 11 update for Poco X2 users in India. It brings the MIUI 12.1.2.0 RGHINXM to the smartphone. It also updates the Android security patch to the month of January.

The update measures 2.4GB in size and is being rolled out as an OTA update. The firmware brings features like chat bubble, one-time permissions for apps and customisable notification bar. It also improves the overall system performance and security.

Users can also check for the update under the Settings app on their device.

Poco X2: Specs

Poco X2 has a 6.67-inch Full HD+ display. The screen offers 2400×1080 pixel resolution and has a refresh rate of 120Hz. The smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G octa-core processor coupled with LiquidCool technology.

The handset is equipped with a side mounted fingerprint sensor to unlock the device. Poco X2 packs up to 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. It is a dual SIM phone and comes with a microSD card slot to expand the storage by up to 512GB.

The phone is backed by a 4500mAh battery and offers 27W fast charging support.

On the camera front, Poco X2 boasts of a quad camera setup consisting of a 64MP Sony IMX 686 sensor, an 8MP sensor, a 2MP macro sensor and a 2MP depth camera. For selfies, the phone comes with a 20MP+2MP dual camera at the front.
